More Than a Car Show. A Fundraiser That Drives Impact.
Steering for Steer Friends is our annual fundraiser and one of the most important events of the year for our organization. It brings together car enthusiasts, families, and community partners to raise funds in direct support of individuals with developmental disabilities and complex care needs.
The success of this event helps ensure Steer Friends can continue providing meaningful programming and support to the individuals and families we serve.

Vendor Opportunities
Join us at the 6th Annual Steering for Steer Friends Automotive Festival on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Stouffville Athletic Center. This community-focused automotive festival brings together car enthusiasts, families, local businesses, and supporters for a full day of celebrating automotive passion while raising critical funds for Steer Friends.
Participation Details
✔ Event Date: June 13, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
✔ Setup must be completed by 10:45 AM
✔ Teardown after 4:00 PM
✔ Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and tents
✔ Tents must be secured with weights
✔ Limited spaces available
All vendors must submit an application for approval. Once approved, full payment is required within one week to secure your space. A copy of liability insurance must be provided. Applications close May 31, 2026.
